Return and Exchange Policy
At Nidhi&Mahak, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product.

Returns
We do not accept returns. All purchases made from Nidhi&Mahak are eligible for exchange only.

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for other sizes or styles based on the respective price value of the item purchased. Exchanges are subject to availability and are processed upon receipt and review of the returned item.

- If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
- Exchange is applicable only once, after internal review of the reason for change.
- Items must be returned to our warehouse before an exchange can be processed.
- Nidhi&Mahak cannot be held liable for lost garments during return shipping.

Final Sale Products
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of final sale products due to markdown prices.

Exchange Request
To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@nidhiandmahak.com within 2 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Conditions
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with the original sales receipt within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition.
- Size exchanges are allowed, but only once.
- Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Credit Notes
- Credit notes cannot be combined with any discount.
- If you wish to alter a standard-sized product to your size, additional charges will apply.

Gift Cards 
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only product exchanges are possible with gift cards.

Discounts
- Only one discount can be applied at a time.
- Two discounts cannot be combined for any purchase.
